After the organization moved to a new payroll provider, payroll staff still needed access to historical payroll data locked inside a legacy system that was not practical to keep running long term. I designed and built a lightweight reporting application to extract, organize, and present archived payroll data in a more usable format, reducing dependency on aging infrastructure while preserving access to important records.

Outcome: Preserved access to historical payroll data, eliminated reliance on the legacy system, and enabled the old hardware to be decommissioned.

The organization needed to upgrade its ERP environment without disrupting daily operations or introducing avoidable risk to business-critical workflows. I led the planning, coordination, testing, and execution of the Business Central upgrade, working across users, systems, and dependencies to support a smooth transition and stable go-live.

Outcome: Delivered a controlled ERP upgrade with minimal disruption, strong coordination, and a successful production transition.

A small business environment was relying on aging systems, legacy dependencies, and an infrastructure approach that no longer matched its operational needs. I designed and led a broader modernization effort covering identity, endpoint management, cloud services, file access, networking, and recovery planning to simplify the environment and improve long-term maintainability.

Outcome: Reduced complexity, improved manageability, and created a more modern and supportable foundation for daily operations.
